Taylor RICHARDSON – Drunk Driving

(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) – On October 25, 2020 at approximately 6:00 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver on Eastview Road near Jones Baseline east of Guelph. It was reported that a black passenger was observed by witnesses driving erratically in the area prior to police arrival.Police spoke with the driver and determined that their ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by drug and they were place under arrest. The driver was transported to a local OPP Operation Centre for further testing.Taylor RICHARDSON, 31-years-old of Guelph has been charged with;Impaired Operation by Alcohol or DrugImpaired Operation Over 80Dangerous Operation of a Motor VehicleDriving a Motor Vehicle with Open Container of LiquorA 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute.
