Shooting In Parking Lot – 17 Year Old Repeat Offender Arrested

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – One person has been charged following an altercation that resulted in one person being shot with an air pistol BB gun.On October 10, 2020, just after 10:30 p.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called a residence on Davidson Avenue North, in the Municipality of North Perth after it was reported that someone had been shot with a pellet gun in the parking lot.One person, a 24-year-old Stratford resident, received minor injuries.As a result, a 17-year-old resident of North Perth has been charged with:Possession of Weapon for a Dangerous PurposeAssault with a WeaponFail to Comply with SentenceThe accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
