(PERTH EAST, ON) – Another driver from outside of Perth County has been charged for racing a motor vehicle.On November 12 2020, just before 7:30 a.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a vehicle on Perth Line 55, in the Township of Perth East, after it was found to be travelling in excess of 157km/h in an 80km/h limit zone.As a result, Clinton Jack POOLE, 27, of Woodstock, has been charged with:Race motor vehicle – Excessive SpeedA seven day driving suspension and seven day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
