Brett FISHER – 140 in an 80

(PERTH EAST, ON) – A Cambridge driver has had their licence suspended for seven days after travelling in excess of 60km/h over the speed limit.On October 28 2020, just before 3:00 p.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a vehicle on Perth Line 43, in the Township of Perth East, after it was found to be travelling in excess of 140km/h in an 80km/h limit zone.As a result, Brett FISHER, 48, of Cambridge, has been charged with:Race motor vehicle – Excessive SpeedA seven day driving suspension and seven day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
